In March I contacted U.F.S. to consolidate my debt. I initially spoke to a representative named Felipe. I found him to be forgetful and he kept mixing me up with 'another New Yorker'. I requested to speak to someone else. I was connected to David Bishop. He was very slick and efficient. Everything was set up, papers faxed etc. After that it has all gone down hill.
