I originally ordered Video professor to learn QuickBooks using their free CD offer. I kept the CD's and paid the full price but now they have sent me another set of CD's which I did not authorize. I sent them back but they still took money out of my account after I sent them a software request to stop any further shipments of items. I sent them back directly from the post office. read full review »
