on june 21, 2009 while trying to order food at thye drive thru window I was made to wait while the manager was in an arguement with someone at the counter. I tried twice to order and was told to wait. I drove up to the window and asked to talk to the manager. The women said she was the manager and I stated my complaint. I was told to go to McDonalds. I went inside to ask for corperates phone number and her name. She removed her name tag and would not give me the number. This same woman was not only disrespectful but very unprofessional.
