I signed up for this service for 1.99 for a 7 day trial ( that I was never told about ) after the 7 day trial they charged me 94.89 I called the customer service line as soon as I noticed the charge on my credit card. ( about 30 days ) They immediatally closed my account but told me I had to wait the 88 days before they would refund the money. I followed their instructions to the "T" and on the 88th day I filed for a REFUND. I had to print the paperwork out and fax it to their office.
