I shopped around on line and decided to switch to Progressive and drop 21st century AIG. So I called 21st customer assistance and told them I want to drop. The guy said that in their written policy it is required that I notify them in writing (by snail mail) and I must attach evidence of insurance from the new company. I think this is preposterous, and will wind up costing me at least one or more unnecessary payments, thus negating most of the savings I was seeking! read full review »
