I bought a rather expensive ring from this company (www.wood-rings.com). It started falling apart within a few days of receiving it. The company refused to discuss warranty options with me and proceeded to ignore me. I only managed to get some talks going by initiating a dispute through Paypal. Unfortunately Paypal would not get involved so the owner went back to ignoring me. I am now the owner of a $500 pile of wood chips and metal. I strongly recommend avoiding all dealings with this company. read full review »
