I purchased a pair of size 9 shoes from Ballroomdancingshoe.com. I tried them on once and I realized they were too big - I needed a size 8.5. I immediately followed their website instructions to apply for a RMA so I could exchange the shoes. Ballroomdancingshoe.com never emailed me the RMA. I waited a week and emailed them again. Ballroomdancingshoe.com didn't send the RMA so I wrote letter and asked them to use my letter as a RMA - shipped the shoes back to Ballroomdancingshoe.com by US Mail - priority, insured, signature required... read full review »
