ordered free trial offer bottle after paying shipping charges, after 1 month then was billed for the free bottle because I never cancelled my order. Did not know I had to, then was shipped another bottle and my account charged again, I did not order it. Sent back the 2nd bottle to try to get a refund . Even got postal verification of delivery. Yet to hear anything, they say you can not speak to the refund department. By the way, I could not get a refund on the first bottle because it had been more than 1 month, even though it never was opened... read full review »
