I too, was deceptively charged $69.95 after requesting the CD for $1.98. I called customer service at 888-237-6422 and after being put on hold a couple times I was first asked if I read the Terms and Conditions (I stated we had but obvioulsy not carefully enough - because an additional charge wouldn't typically be hidden in the T's&C's).
