I bought a gas string trimmer from Menards during June. The first time I used it, the head got stuck. I took it back for an exchange. They said they cannot exchange or refund my money. I have to take the trimmer into an authorized service shop. I informed them that I bought this thing only a week ago and only used it once. They told me that I am stuck with it and all that can be done is try an fix it.
