Within 24 hours of purchaseing airline tickets from spirit airline, my mother called and cancell a roundtrip ticket for her daughter who would not be going. Spirit airline issue a cancellation number and promised her a credit in the amount of 99.00. However, neither my mother or sister has received any credit from spirit airline. we have followed up with calls and complaints.
