Their number is 1-800-497-4959...I think the problem is that they didn't tell you they needed the UPCs but you do. I just called and I bought the plates in November and it's been 7 months now. She said the reason my order was not processed was because I didn't send in the UPCs, unless I actually made that mistake on my own. read full review »
