On June 5, 2009, I ordered from the internet a free sample of Pure Nutrients cleansing product which was for a 14 day trial. I received the product on the 11th of June. I was not aware that the trial period started on the order date not the date product received, which is very deceiving. I called customer service on June 22, 2009 to cancel and was told I was already charged $88.00 on my credit card and it would not be refunded because it was passed the 14 day trial period.
