I purchased a new Dell computer with Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit. I wanted to make copies of home movies. It said that the Windows DVD Maker was supposed to be included. I cannot find it. To ask Microsoft a question, they want to charge $60 + tax to ask a question about their product, which does not deliver as promised.
