I scheduled an appointment (on 5/16/2009) to see Robert Lavine after receiving a letter stating that i can refinance my house for 4.48% rate if i qualify. During my meeting with Mr. L, he checked my credit score, which was A+, then he asked me several questions, and for the info. i have provided Mr. L, he assured me that everything will go smoothly and i will have no problem getting 4.48% rate on my mortgage loan, so i filled out the paper work to have my house appraised.
