I feel they are a disreputable company which lures people into accepting a $10.00 discount for which we are charged $9.95 every month. These charges can be made several months before we notice them. Because of the prominence of the target logo on their web page, I called Target to let them know what kind of company I believed they were doing business with. The Target people were very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that their logo was being used to promote a business such as Blooms Rewards.
