Took two pair of drapes ($600 value) to this cleaners to be dry cleaned. Took a week longer than promised to get back. Charged $140 for cleaning. They were shrunk 2-3 inches and the lining of one of the panels had blue stains all over it. Informed manager of the problem and returned the stained panel to store, asked for owner to call me.
