I purchased a Sealy queen mattress from this company and within two months it was sagging so bad. I went thru the warranty process and they sent out a so called independant third party to check it out. To make a long story short they were not going to honor my warranty, saying the sag not bad enough yet and to wait a few more months and retry. LOL I don't think so.
