I placed an order with DBS Books and the order was cancelled because the item was out of stock. The book cost was $4.95. Two days later I received a charge from Smart Savings Center in the amount of $12. which they explained was for a membership I joined when I placed the initial order. I told them to cancel the membership and refund my $12. After 6 weeks the money was refunded.
