Had a refrigirator that required a defrost unit repair on the freezer. Was under factory warranty. A and E tecnician came to repair on a Friday. Installed new part. He told us he was in a hurry and that the unit should start cooling in about 15 minitues and if it didnt call the 800 number and they will return. After 15 minutes not only did the freezer not cool, but the refrigirator shut down. Called the 800 number and was told someone would be out to complete the repair on Monday.
