CAPITAL ONE!!! Something needs to be done, we the people can't suffer because of them. I received a letter in the spring regarding the increase, wanted more information so I called and spoke to a representive who stated the new interest rate was for only future purchases as of May. 6/22/09 I get my bill and my WHOLE balance went up to 17.9%.. I called and spoke with a rep from Capital One who saw my phone who told me that I was told miss information and now to bad for me. THEY HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST OF ME!!!
