We purchased from Chaparrall for our first time, and rec'd the product spread out over a time frame of about 2 weeks. The product sifted in day by day. When I called to customer service to talk to them about it, they were rude, ridiculed me, and hung up on me. I even had one man named Richard that pretended he was a manager, but eventually told me he was just joking. Real funny! Ha...ha...!
