I placed an order with this company about 2 years ago and was very happy, so, I did not hesitate to order again when I got a new phone. I place my order 5/14/09 and they charged me immediately, not just an authorization, but a charge. A week later I inquired on the order and was then told it was back ordered. I wait a few days later and after hearing nothing else, I cancelled the order. I did receive an immediate email response that my order was cancelled.
