The first month they charged my credit card $1.95 and I called ProFlowers advising them they did not have authorization to charge my account this amount and what was it for. They were to remove this charge from my credit card. The following month the credit was not on my card; however, this time they charged $14.95. No explanation on what this charge is for. I advise not to purchase flowers from this company as they continually put unauthorized charges on your credit card after a purchase of flowers. read full review »
