I have been in touch with Lowes people and they are going to do nothing about my problem. I have worked as a electrician for years and when it came to spending alot of time on my knees installinga hard wood floor. I thought that I would use Lowes. What a misstake. The Lowes store firstlost my paperwork, then three differant manager called and none of them had any knowedge of the other conversaton with me.
