I ordered free trial of product with shipping and handling billed to my credit card. When second shipment arrived I called the customer care center and cancelled any further shipments, only to have billing appear on my credit card for additional product that I did not receive . Further calls to the customer care center do not make me confident that my account is, in fact, cancelled, and they stated that they cannot reverse the charge made to my credit card. read full review »
