This company variously lists itself as Healthy Livin, Tea Life LLC, www.ResVtrim.com, HealthyLivin.biz as operating in Utah, previously in Nevada, the unauthorized billing originated in Arizona and gave the number as 801-208 7485 but this number is disconnected and no longer in service.
