I had service with direct tv. I called to cancel the service after my agreement was fulfilled. During my agreement term, I had several receivers blank out, and had to have them replaced through the insurance I had purchased through DTV. I also, went to Best buy and purchased/Leased 2 receivers a day prior to the cancellation of my services. They said that I had to return the 2 receivers that I just paid $160 for together.
