You sign up for a free trial, and if you don't cancel within 7 days they charge you 99.00 per month. When you try to call the number, it gives you an advertisement for a "pay to talk to someone" number for "lonely people". I got through by calling the number 1800-462-9028 that another complaintant had found. Do not push 2 for customer service, as it will hang up on you. Wait on the line, and you should be helped. They would not refund the money, and were very unsympathetic. I cancelled my so called "membership" and recieved a cancellation number. I also took the woman's name.
