I ordered the whole package deal from Zoommania and paid for a 6 year in home repair service. The package arrived on the 52 " Samsung but the contract for the in home service did not. I contacted Zoommania numerous times via email and phone and always spoke to the same idiot. He at first would tell me it's "in the mail" or "our shipping department will mail it right out".
