I am furious with the customer service provided by Sony. My Sony Cybershot DSC-T200 was purchased for over $452 in December of 2007 and given to me for Christmas. I purchased and additional $60 worth of accessories. In January of 2009 as I was about to take pictures, the camera showed a black screen with multicolored lines on the screen.
