We tried the free trial offer, and was charged 2.00 and 1.95.. a letter came with the product that said we needed to cancel within 15days.. I cancelled on the 13th day. I was told everything was stopped. 2 wks later a charge for $87.13 was on my bank statement.. a month later another charge for $87.13. I called the company and they had no record of my calling in cancel. they would not refund my money.. they stated they would only cancel my account... i had to cancel my ATM debit card and be reissued a new account #to make sure they couldn't get any more money..
