Max White Teeth advertized on the WKYC channel 3 web page about a trial tooth whitening product, pay only shipping of $4.99. No one reads insurance contracts or lengthy terms and aggreements that hid the catches. I received the sample that was 2 days worth of product. I used the sample and it seemed to work ok, but did not want any more so never ordered any. A charge on 5/17/2009 from Max White Teeth appeared on my charge statement of $78.93.
