I was billed $88.00 befor trial period was over. I found this out when I called to cancel product & ask where to send. Then I was given a bogus web site to put my claim in for a refund. I had to hold on for an hour just to get a bogus website=when you wait through the long holding pattern the operators ( last spoke to Erick on 6/22/09 ) they do not want to assist you in any manor, are quite rude and just keep repeating this bogus web site which I even had Erick spell out to me so there was no mistake. read full review »
