Reserved 2 rooms. Checked in early and it took 45 minutes waiting in line to check in. Was told rooms would not be ready untill 4:00 p.m. Went back to frontdesk at 4:02 to get room keys and waited another 30 minutes to get room keys and was told that only one room was ready and to go ahead to that room and call back to desk and a bellboy would bring keys. Called front desk 6 more times to get keys and kept getting the same answer that it was not ready and we would get the keys "soon".
