This scam infuriates me, both because it is so criminal and b/c I fell for it. I submitted my card # to receive a free trial of their product which unbeknownst and unsolicited by me set up a membership by which I would receive product and be charged $35.99 every two months. I wanted to stop these charges as well as be refunded the $35.99 w/o paying S/H and restocking fee of $7.99. We all hesitate to take action due to time involved.
