Awhile ago I went to this website for a FREE CREDIT REPORT. They have been charging my account $11.95 a month ever since. I never gave my permission for this charge. Why would I it's suppose to be Free. Can someone help me find contact information on this company? I have been in contact with consumer protection agency and BBB.
