I sent a letter from my doctor saying that I would not be able to continue at the planet fitness in reading pa. They said they would put my account on hold still I wanted to come back. That is what they do when you send a medical letter. I told them I want to discontinue my account with them because of my health issue. I have herniated disc that I did in my home. So the gentlemen did that in the computer put me in hold statis.
