Does anyone know how to get past the customer service reps and to someone who is higher in SLeepy's??? I've been suffering with a slipped disk from the Kingsdown mattress for too long and all they do is send out an inspector and tell me the mattress hasn't sagged enough and tell me to wait longer...WHAT A JOKE!!!
