I went on line and requested info for grant applications. The charge ended up being 59.89 for which I got absolutely nothing except some web sites that I was unable to access. I was refused a refund. I tried numerous times to access the web sites to no avail. This a scam. Please if you read this dont be fooled as I was for offers such as these. read full review »
