wow ok ordered the product and got it like 2 weeks later then when canceled told it was a 15 day from day you order!!! anyway my friend and I did it exactly the same day to order and cancel and she got her refund and Im still waiting!!! my luck!!! everyday when I call they tell me that my refund is being processed and is in the refund dept however you can't talk to the refunds dept. What a joke!!! Im soooo mad I literally scream everyday that I get off the phone with them. I have now called consumer protection and filing a complaint regarding this so called company.
