I paid Freeport Consulting $75 via PayPal for help in appying for government grants. I never received any acknowledgement from them that the payment had been received (although it was indeed charged to my PayPal account) and I never received any further communication from Freeport Consulting. No address or phone number is on their website; you can only contact them by email, and they give an automated response but never actually answer the email. read full review »
