My coworkers and I took a donation and ordered flowers for a coworker's aunt who had passed away. I was horrified to find out that my credit card was charged, but THE FLOWERS NEVER SHOWED. I was sad for my coworker, who I'm certain looked for the flowers, as we always send flowers in these situations, so I'm sure he expected them. I was embarrassed to find out they never showed. I am angry that it has been almost 2 weeks, and I still don't have a refund (and yes, I will return each persons donation with an explanation).
