I placed an order for a Blackberry cover on May 28. I had not received a notification of shipment so I called them on June 5, 2009. Customer Service said it was on backorder and would be in the following week. As of today, June 24, 2009, I still had no update or my Blackberry case. I had to call them 7 times (and they don't have a toll-free number). It took me almost 3 hours to reach a live person. The first person hung up on me (a man).
