When I received the trail package, I returned it unopened the very next day. I included a note asking that no future shipments be made. They could not be reached by phone. Two weeks later, another shipment arrived and my account was charged. I called again, and was told that it was too late to cancel this shipment. The phone attendant was very rude! read full review »
