Unfortunately I was victimized as well. I did receive the product from the initial 'order', which was supposed to be free with the exception of shipping which was $3.95. However, I was charged an additional $39.95 a month later when I received my monthy credit card plus 44.90 for another shipment for which did not receive. I called the company only to receive a recording stating the wait time was 55 minutes I was on hold for 45 minutes and got disconnected and had to restart the process.
