My husband is in the military and we had to ship our pov overseas. We called to get a release letter auth us to take the pov. We faxed in all required documents as they requested. The call center is overseas and the employees would hang up on us or transfer us. The are completely unethical and rude. We could not ship on the car and now have no car overseas since they did not believe in assisting their customers.
