A charge of $9.99 showed up on my daughter's cell phone this month. When we went into Alltel to complain about it, they told us that they had no ability to charge us and that this charge came from the internet. They told us to call the # and text the word STOP to the # and we did so in front of the associate. I paid the charge but I should be credited with that payment. read full review »
