I started using redbox a couple of months ago. All was fine until one day I went to return a DVD and box where I rented was down. No big deal, came back the next day, still down, next day, same thing. I called redbox they told me that if I wanted to be credited for the three days I should have called sooner. I explained to them that this was the first time this had happened to me and I didn't know the procedure. Surely the could see that the box had been down all week.
