Seattle Direct Coffee is a RIPOFF. Do NOT order anything from them. We ordered the 10 day trial back in November 2008 and still cannot get them to refund out 34$ even after we promptly returned their product. I have called at least 5 times, always told I"ll get my money back in 7-10 business days and never get anything. It is now almost JULY of 2009. Go figure. Please do NOT order anything from this company. They are a SCAM!!! read full review »
